After publishing "Defy Your Limits: The Telekinesis Training Method," Sean McNamara decided to write "Meditation X" for two reasons. Primarily, he sees how telekinesis training is in and of itself a meditative process, and one which directly reveals the phenomena of interconnectedness, subtle energy, and the power of mind - principles shared among many traditional forms of spirituality and New Thought. Sean hopes that this work marks the formal entry of telekinesis into the world's catalogue of known meditation practices.
The second reason for writing the book was to share more advanced styles of telekinesis which were not included in his first book. These styles include moving multiple objects simultaneously, moving an object from a different room, two people working together to move an object, standing practice, and more. Practitioners who began their training with "Defy Your Limits" will be happy to continue their growth with these new instructions which are delivered with the same level of care and detail as in "Defy."
